Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
Article
1. Introduction/Background
Summarize the introductory part of the report including the literature. Focus on the variables and give a summarized insight of the study.
Include research objectives, questions and hypothesis if any.
Describe the research gap in the study and the insights into the area the study has investigated about.
1000-2000 words
2. Methodology
Summarize the methodology focusing on the design, population, sample size, sampling technique and data analysis techniques used.
Include tables if any and the sample size if any has been published.
Not more than 300 words
Keep the tone professional and academic.
3. Result/Findings of the study
Present the results in a more summarized manner focusing on the study objectives, questions and the problem/knowledge gap under study.
Use not more than 2 charts and not more than 3 tables to present the results.
Maximum of 1000 words are enough
4. Discussion of the results
Discuss the results of the study in relation to what is cited in the introduction. Compare your findings with what other studies found out focusing on the study variables.
Discussion for each objective should not exceed 1000 words in total.
Use a descriptive tone to provide a detailed elaboration of the study findings.
5. Conclusions
Make conclusion for the study based on empirical observation from discussions. Summarise your findings excluding figures. This conclusion should bring out the unique finding that was observed as a gap in your introduction section.
Overall Work Counts
Total words for the whole articles should between 5000 – 8000 excluding references and other details

- When authors' details (e.g., name, affiliation) are included in published articles for attribution.
- With service providers for secure hosting and technical support of the journal’s website.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes secure servers, encryption protocols, and restricted access to sensitive information.
