About the Journal
The Uganda Pentecostal University Journal of Sustainable Development (UPUJSD) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing research and dialogue on sustainability across diverse disciplines. Published by Uganda Pentecostal University, the journal provides a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to share innovative ideas, empirical research, and critical analyses that contribute to achieving sustainable development goals.
Current Issue
The Uganda Pentecostal University Journal of Sustainable Development (UPUJSD) is pleased to announce its second issue, dedicated to advancing research and discourse on actionable sustainability. This peer-reviewed issue provides a vital platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to share empirical research, innovative case studies, and critical analyses that address the most pressing sustainable development challenges in Uganda, East Africa, and beyond.
Theme: From Policy to Practice: Localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Uganda
This issue will prioritize contributions that bridge the gap between policy frameworks and tangible on-the-ground implementation. We particularly welcome submissions that offer interdisciplinary perspectives and context-specific solutions for advancing the SDGs in Uganda.
